  3. Financial transactions relating to our website and services are handled by our payment services providers, Digital River and PayPal. We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. 4. International transfers of your personal data

  1. In this Section 4, we provide information about the circumstances in which your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
  2. We have offices and facilities in Belgium and Spain. The European Commission has made an "adequacy decision" with respect to the data protection laws of each of these countries.
  3. We may disclose user data, profile data, publication data, enquiry data, customer relationship data and correspondence data to resellers of our products, identified at our distributors page.

    1. the period of retention of any account, profile & customer relation data will be determined based on the customer relationship period.
  5. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 5, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

8. Use of Google Analytics

  1. We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies. These are text files saved on your computer that allow you to analyze the behavior of the user on the website.
  2. The information generated by the cookie using our website is usually transferred to a Google server in Europe (or in the other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area) so that the IP address is anonymized, which means it cannot be directly linked to a particular individual. The truncated IP address is sent to a Google server in the U.S. and stored there only after the IP address has been anonymized. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address will be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.
  3. Google uses this information on behalf of the operator of our site to evaluate the use of the site, to compile reports about website activity for the operator, and to perform additional services related to the use of the website and the Internet regarding the web operator. When you visit our website, your browser sends your IP address in connection with Google Analytics and is not combined with other data from Google. 9. Use of Freshdesk

  1. We use Freshdesk, a cloud-based customer support solution by Freshworks Inc.
  2. This Section 9 describes Freshdesk data retention policies and procedure, which are designed to communicate transparently our legal obligations regarding the usage of your personal data.
  3. Freshdesk stores and processes customer data, such as all electronic data, messages, or others (ticket data, requestor/contact data, social data, application integration data, knowledge base data, forum data, report data, call recording, chat messages).
  4. All data collected by Freshdesk is stored electronically in Germany on the Hetzer Online data center. Freshdesk network security team protects your data against the most complex electronic attacks by using the strongest practices of network security.
  5. Our data base is stored by Freshdesk as long as we have an active account. Upon Account Termination between us and Freshdesk, all account data will be deleted after 14 days from the date of termination.

10. Use of a newsletter

  1. When you sign up for the newsletter, you are asked to provide your name, surname, and the email address. At any time, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the button at the end of any newsletter you receive or by sending us an email. By unsubscribing, we will not send you emails anymore.

11. Content embedded from other sources

  1. We may use embedded content on our website (such as videos, images, articles, etc.). Content embedded from other websites behaves exactly as if visitors viewed another website.
  2. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, include additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with embedded content. If you are logged into those websites/social platforms, your activity may be tracked.
